1. Seller and course organiser

The practical part of the course may be delivered in cooperation with the training partner Proinsulation Arkadiusz Olejniczak.
2. Course scope
The course covers Industrial Insulation Fitter training with NORSOK M-004 topics, technical theory, practical workshop training and a final exam.
- English editions: 13-28 August 2026 and 11-25 September 2026.
- The course combines online theory and workshop practice in Wielowieś near Syców, Lower Silesia, Poland.
- Course delivery language: English.
- Total workload: 116 training hours, including 100 hours of practice.
3. Participation requirements
- The participant must be at least 18 years old.
- The participant should have no health contraindications for physical work in industrial conditions.
- Company billing data must be provided correctly before the sales document is issued.
4. Order and payment
- The customer books the course through the Stripe checkout linked from the English course page or by contacting GTR Engineering by email or phone.
- The customer provides contact and billing data required for payment, invoicing and course organisation.
- Payment for the English course page is handled by Stripe, unless GTR Engineering confirms another payment path individually.
- The final price, taxes and payment method are displayed in Stripe before payment confirmation.
- The booking is confirmed after payment is successfully processed or after GTR Engineering confirms an individual company payment arrangement.
5. Price and accommodation
The course price is the price shown in the Stripe checkout or in an individual written confirmation from GTR Engineering.
Accommodation is not included in the course price. GTR Engineering can help the participant organise nearby accommodation by sharing practical options, but accommodation cost remains the participant's or customer's responsibility.
6. Course delivery
- GTR Engineering sends organisational information after payment confirmation.
- The organiser may change the course date for important organisational reasons and will inform participants with appropriate notice.
- If an edition is cancelled by the organiser, the customer may choose a new date or receive a refund of the paid amount.
7. Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancellations should be sent by email to office@gtr-engineering.com. Refund conditions depend on the cancellation date and organisational costs already incurred.
If the customer is a consumer, the customer may have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to applicable Polish law and the nature of the service.
If the customer requests that the service starts before the withdrawal period expires, and then withdraws after the service has started, the customer may be required to pay for the part of the service already performed.
8. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by email to office@gtr-engineering.com or in writing to the registered office of GTR Engineering. GTR Engineering responds to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
9. Personal data
The controller of personal data is GTR Engineering Sp. z o.o. Details of data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Training materials
Materials provided to participants are for personal learning and course participation. They may not be resold, published or shared with third parties without written permission from GTR Engineering.
11. Final provisions
Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by Polish law. The current version of these Terms is available at kursizolacji.pl/en/terms.html.
