- handling course enquiries and bookings,
- processing Stripe payment and confirming payment status,
- issuing invoices and accounting documents,
- organising the course and contacting the participant,
- handling complaints, refunds and legal claims,
- protecting the website and payment flow from abuse,
- measuring website performance and advertising effectiveness if you consent to optional cookies.
4. Legal bases
We process data to take steps before entering into a contract, perform the contract, comply with accounting and tax obligations and pursue our legitimate interest in handling enquiries, claims and website security.
